Let's Go Cyclones!

Earlier in the summer, Will and Edith joined our Young Professionals from church for a Brooklyn Cyclones baseball game.  The Cyclones play in Coney Island, and we had a fun time when we went last year with friends.

Edith was very proud of her "book."

Edith had fun singing and clapping and hanging out with her daddy.

Edith saw other kids with ice cream in baseball hats at the stadium and wanted one so badly, but the line was really long. Edith was getting squirmy at that point (it was super late) so Will took her on the boardwalk for some ice cream.

One of the really cute things is that ever since their date, Edith will bring me this little purple pineapple dress and say, "We had fun at the baseball game!" or "Let's go to baseball mom!"

Will even brought home a baseball bat to play with Edith but she was so disappointed that he wasn't taking her TO the baseball game that it ended in tears.

We went back for a date night (plus a baby sidekick) in July.

In Coney Island we posed for a few shots with some cool art walls.

We purchased a Groupon for our date night, which was $15 each for Nathan's hot dog and fries, game entrance and a Cyclones hat! Not a bad deal for a date night!

When we got to the stadium we got our free hats. Most people were wearing them right away so we joined in on the fun.

Will wore Annalise in the Ergo for the first time!

6 month old Lil Squish.

Annalise mainly loved chewing on these hats all night.

It was a really fun night out! We had an awesome babysitter who even cleaned our house while we were gone!
