McGees Visit Thursday: Kelly & Michael and Brooklyn Bridge Park
This weekend Will's parents and brother Evan came to visit us from Alabama! They got in on Wednesday night. Thursday morning Will's dad took Israel on a walk, then the boys took the kids to the Lockyard while Janice, my MIL, and I went to Live with Kelly & Michael!
That afternoon we went to Brooklyn Bridge Park. We took the subway over and walked around enjoying the beautiful day!
We went to the carousel, and both kids loved it!
We randomly encountered the NesQuick bunny who was giving out free chocolate milk!
We settled at the Water Lab on Pier 6, which the kids love. Israel is content to chill in one spot and Edith is busy exploring and bossing the big kids around.
The kids loved the big slide!
We ate dinner at Shake Shack outside and then headed home.
Israel loved his Mickey shirt and kept saying "Hi Kickey!" when he looked down.
Will and his brother went out exploring that night! It was a long, full day.
