DATES!!!

Two weeks in a row we had DATE nights! Woo hoo!!

The first week we went into LES for "The Sweeplings" - a band that Will knows. The male singer is from Huntsville and they've been friends since high school. They were so good!

The second week we went to see Anastasia on Broadway. Our former church FBC Jacksonville gave us a big check to spend only on date nights, so we splurged. It was fun!!

It was broadway week so we were able to get discounted tickets to Anastasia. It was FABULOUS. I really didn't have any expectations or idea of the plot, so it was really fun to watch the story unfold. The performers were wonderful and the music stays with you!

I pumped this milk in the floor of the bathroom entrance at the theater. Women were standing next to me in the line for the bathrooms, and several commented to cheer me on. It's amazing the support for breastfeeding!

During this season, we are just constantly exhausted and it is easy to forget that we are on the same team and both working as hard as we can at this whole life/parent thing. Dates are so needed to help us remember that we LIKE each other and enjoy each other a whole lot. Thanks for being my life partner Will McGee.
